3. Spiritual fitness. You build spiritual fitness by developing and strengthening the beliefs, principles and values that sustain you beyond family, institutional, and societal sources of strength.

4. Family fitness. You build family fitness by being part of a family unit that is safe, supportive and loving, and provides the resources needed for all members to live in a healthy and secure environment.

5. Physical fitness. Physical readiness is the ability to meet the physical demands of any combat or duty position, accomplish the mission, and continue to fight and win. [Feel free to change the words.]
